About Lori

My passion is to walk beside women as they navigate new experiences in their lives. 

Whether it’s relationship changes, divorce, empty nests, caring for aging parents, or the many other curve balls life throws our way, it is my honor to accompany you on that path.

I started my professional career in the music industry as a private piano teacher and have navigated many career paths since then, from makeup artistry to sales and real estate. In the meantime, I divorced and remarried, all while navigating each of the challenges I mentioned above. Coaching takes my favorite thing about every job I’ve ever had—the people!—and integrates it into one human-centered calling. And with &Harmony, I’ve layered all of my experiences into a singular, beautiful space I get to share with other women. 

Every day, it is invigorating to use my training, experiences, and expertise to guide women beyond the murkiness of life’s challenges into their most harmonious selves—balanced, happy, and at peace.
