We offer four signature packages designed for all investment levels and help provide support where you need it most. Whether you’re looking for a connected check-in, a more extended one-on-one experience, or a life tune-up with your closest friends—we have an offering for you.
Offering 1: Tune In
Spend one hour, one-on-one, setting goals to help you feel more harmonious in the area of you where you need it most. We will help you set achievable actions that will dismantle negative storytelling, build more positive thought processes, and develop deeper layers of self-kindness with loving support. You’ll leave with tools and daily reminders to help you move in the direction you want to go.
Offering 2: Deep Tune
Grab your girlfriends (old and new!) for some fun and support. What better way to step into a more peaceful self than leaning on the women you trust most for accountability and growth? Spend a connected two-hour session sharing and creating visionary, personalized plans that will help you thrive with more peace, joy, and confidence.
Offering #3: Tune-Up
Begin here, or embrace the momentum from your Tune In or Group Tune experience and keep it going! Receive 90 days of weekly one-hour, one-on-one sessions customized for you. We’ll observe the areas of your life that feel uncomfortable or out of balance and help you stop negative self-talk, release stress, celebrate your life, and learn to love yourself through the challenges you’re experiencing. In addition, you’ll receive action steps between each session to help keep you focused on continual change.
Offering #4: Deep Tune
Our deepest engagement includes the complete Tune-Up package, plus three additional months of weekly one-hour, one-on-one sessions to help solidify new thought patterns and work more deeply on the areas challenging you most. With enough time to shed routines that aren’t working for you and build habits that will, your Deep Tune experience will instill practiced skills and tools so that peace, confidence, and self-love will become your new normal.
